Here are some common questions and answers about an escape experience with 321 Escape Rooms!
If you are booking a reservation for a smaller group than the total number of spots available, then please be aware, it is likely your group will be joined by other groups or individuals. There is an option to book an entire room for your group on a sliding scale dependent on the number of players you will have participate. Please call us or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on a private room experience.
Our escape experiences are appropriate for participants over the age of 10. Younger children may attend at their parents discretion. However, for the most enjoyment, we strongly recommend that most participants are over the age of 12. All participants 15 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ALL participants under the age of 18 MUST have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. These waivers can be emailed upon request to ensure all minors have signed waivers.
YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE PARTY MUST arrive 15 minutes prior to your escape experience. This gives you time to view our safety video, lock up belongings, use the restrooms, and sign the waivers. If you are late, you will be asked to re-book your party for another time. If time slots are available for the same day, you can re-book for one of those slots. However, we cannot guarantee you a spot for the same day, if you are not on time.
We highly recommend that you book your spots in advance. However, we do accept walk-in appointments based on availability of both rooms and staff. Our staffing needs are planned by advanced bookings, so we can not guarantee walk-ups if we do not have proper staffing. You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior than the time slot you would like to play to ensure ample time for payment, waivers, and orientation.

Our rooms are designed to hold groups of 6-10 people, but it depends which room your group chooses. Please see our booking page to see how many spots are available in each room.
If you are late, you will be asked to re-book your party for another time. If time slots are available for the same day, you can re-book for one of those slots. If rescheduling is not an option, your time in the escape room will be reduced.
If you need to re-book your game, and it is over 24 hours prior to your scheduled experience, you and your party are eligible to re-book your tickets. However, please note that THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY MISSED GAMES.
